Hope Kane
Born in Newport, RI, one of the largest yachting hubs on the East Coast, Hope was always destined for the yachting industry. She started her career in the fitness world, managing and instructing at a local spin studio, eventually expanding her expertise by becoming a Pilates instructor. Her love for travel soon led her to take a role on a world-traveling superyacht, with her first voyage passing through the canal to the Galapagos Islands. Many crossings later, Hope now leads our Interior Recruitment team, a role she has truly made her own. Her friendly, hard-working attitude makes her the perfect point of contact for all your interior recruitment needs.
Tim Graham
Hailing from Newcastle, NSW, Tim has been living and working at sea since he was 17. His career has taken him from being a marine technician on frigates in the Royal Australian Navy to serving as a chief engineer aboard superyachts around the world. Tim’s love for adventure and travel has led him from the tip of Patagonia to the Rocky Mountains of British Columbia, and many places in between.
With experience rising from deck/engineer to qualified chief engineer, Tim is here to help you do the same.
